Is this a Nestle meeting you are talking about? The only one i know about already happened on April 18. Is there another one dealing with bottled water? I did submit a letter to the Forest Service today - the last day for commenting on the Nestle permit.

Who is going to the meeting on Thursday about bottled water? I want to go and sit with others I know. We can not have folks taking our spring water away from us. Let them make their own. Our forest needs the water. All of it. And we do not need the large trucks hauling water out of the hills.
If we do not stop it other companies will come take our water, and we are having enough problems getting enough water..(:...you know the song and dance. Who else is going to the meeting I can see there?

Bottled water has the additional impacts on the oil resources needed to produce the plastics and transport it. How many 'disposable' bottles have we picked up alongside the roads and trails?

I have used a reverse osmosis system for over ten years cheap reliable filtered water. I see few times when bottled water has been useful. We complain about the price of gas but pay more for water when we don't have too
