i remember going down on morning on hwy 38 and about 6 little white new cars all in a row unknown make were just taking their time it was irrating they didnt know the rules of the road to pull over , there was about 10 cars behind me all the way down.. boneheads

yesterday on scanner there was talk about 3 hikers a person met on one of the trails didnt catch the name but they had not come out of the forest, wonder if this is the same incident- the one guy that the rp saw had curly dark hair and shorts on,, his friends were up on a ridge looking down

Saw a deputy pull off 38 just below the lower passing lane on my way DTH this morning, and passed a few upbound SAR vehicles and a horse trailer near Angelus Oaks. Wondered what that was all about -- seemed awfully early for an exercise. Hope the hikers are OK.
