Just wanted to thank all of you that came to the Picnic today. I hope everyone had a good time! The reviews on the food from Get the Burger were all fantastic! Im glad it all worked out and the weather cooperated!

Thank you to the moderators who helped make this a great event. Also, thank you to those that helped tear down at the park later in the evening. Good Times.

Thank you Eric and Lynn from Get The Burger for dealing with a LARGE order on a very busy day. You guys did awesome and we appreciate you very much!

Now, we just need photos (I didnt' take any as I haven't been able to find my camera for a couple weeks). I know someone took some photos, so I hope you put them in here

Thank you all again and hopefully see most of you before next years event!

WINTER IS OVER AND SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!

Just overheard my 7 year old grandson singing "The Grand Old Flag". "Should all the planktons be forgot, keep your eye on the Grand Old Flag". How cute is that?

Also - watch your step. It is baby rattler season. Where there is one, there are probably 10-20 more. Saw a one-button baby - very pretty - that came from the north end of Mt. Doble/Gold Mountain.

There have been at least one cougar in the far reaches of Baldwin Lake and Lake William for several years.

I believe this young one is trying to find his own territory, away from the old one.
