Since it looks like an area that recently burned, I'd say near 330 or Butler.

I was initially gonna guess 3N14, but since B-math guessed it first, I'll make my guess: 3N16 a couple miles east of Big Pine Flat.

As for Friday - check your e-mail, or PM.

Care to go back to the original guess

No fooling you, dead on 3N16 even got the mileage right. One day cameraman, one day.

There are still a couple patches of snow up there! You could ski it (for maybe 30 feet!) but you better do it this week, or wait till next winter!

But this was a pretty wet snow that cleared off the roads quite nicely.

I'm assuming similar with all the chain restrictions lifted, though it's a little more sheltered so there tends to be some snowy patches lingering in the shaded areas.

Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on 12/16/14, deputies of the Big Bear Sheriff’s Station were dispatched to a call of an apparent accidental shooting at a residence on the 40000 block of Big Bear Blvd. in Big Bear Lake. Ah, the warming drone of snowblowers along with the scrape and thud of the plows. Must be winter once again, took it long enough.
Anyone know status of the gunshot over by red ant hill last night??
