Too many failures with that link, so use this one:
[Click Here]
Make sure it is the San Bernardino page (if not use the pull down menu at the upper left to get there), and navigate to the incident (started at 10:00AM). There are probably other SR38 incidents by now, so check the mile marker numbers if one is provided. Bigger numbers are closer to Big Bear.

a bit late to the party.. you don't need the waiver to ride the sky chair if you are walking. Only bike riders need the waiver. The walk down is a different path this year and steeper.
