There are stuck vehicles on 38 and they are closing the road temprarily per scanner

Here's a link to the CHP incident, only that frame covering 38 closure. It works in the Firefox browser, but not in some others:

Too many failures with that link, so use this one:
[Click Here]
Make sure it is the San Bernardino page (if not use the pull down menu at the upper left to get there), and navigate to the incident (started at 10:00AM). There are probably other SR38 incidents by now, so check the mile marker numbers if one is provided. Bigger numbers are closer to Big Bear.
