It looks like a trail above(south) of hwy 38, maybe up south fork or something on the hike up to San G? Looks like you're kinda looking down towards Barton Flats and out to Running Springs. NOW ON TWITTER!

Bookworm May 19 : 10:30am His school had a patriotic program the other day. So cute. I cried when they sang America the Beautiful.
Bookworm May 19 : 10:29am I wonder if he thinks Patrick Henry was a starfish?
ROCK May 19 : 10:27am
Bookworm May 19 : 10:26am I told him it should be acquaintance. He just looked a me and said "well, that doesn't make any sense".ROFL

Bookworm May 19 : 10:18am Just overheard my 7 year old grandson singing "The Grand Old Flag". "Should all the planktons be forgot, keep your eye on the Grand Old Flag".
How cute is that?
Jellylorum May 19 : 09:08am Also - watch your step. It is baby rattler season. Where there is one, there are probably 10-20 more. Saw a one-button baby - very pretty - that came from the north end of Mt. Doble/Gold Mountain.
Ernest T. Bass May 19 : 09:00am morning all, well I did not win the power ball.
Jellylorum May 19 : 08:59am There have been at least one cougar in the far reaches of Baldwin Lake and Lake William for several years. I believe this young one is trying to find his own territory, away from the old one.
BootsNBridles May 19 : 08:23am "Their ranges can vary in size from 10 square miles to around 370 square miles; females tend to have smaller ranges than males."

BootsNBridles May 19 : 08:19am Careful folks- if it was spotted in Shay the normal daily range will take it all the way into Erwin Lake and possibly even Lake Williams.
Jellylorum May 19 : 08:18am Actually, I believe it is 4.5 feet LONG. It is believed to be a young cat. Perhaps it was pushed out of the territory of a larger/older cat?
