I was looking forward on the weather and Ben's weather forecast shows 7 days of great weather, but on the 10 day schedule on other sites it shows a snow storm coming in on Wednesday the 25th.....

Ben, do you see more snow in the future especially around that time?
Just wondering if U have any more info for 10-12 days out,,,Thanks

Weather forecasts that far out aren't very reliable. Given that it's Spring now, a storm that looks promising a few days ahead could end up doing nothing by the time it's supposed to hit us.
On the other hand, that 20% chance you saw today may turn out to be higher tomorrow. Just keep an eye on it...

Is that a definite maybe?

it absolutely possibly is!

I give it a 10% chance that a 50% chance of a 70% chance will make the forecast of a possible 25% chance

As Cammy said, models that far out flip flop on a daily basis. As you may notice in my forecast there is mention of low pressure in our vicinity next week, but right now it still looks dry, but that could change in a few days... Just keep checkin back! Sure is nice now, enjoy it while you can because we will likely see at least one more storm before the seasons done with, typicaly around Mother's Day

Thanks ATL, but I'm not really the backpacking type - too heavy of a pack. Several years ago I hiked Mt. Whitney in a day. About a month later, I backpacked up to Dollar Lake & then went to the top of Gorgonio the next day. That overnight trip seemed more difficult to me than the day hike on Whitney.

It woke me up. We rarely feel them in our house but this one was a pretty good shake. Must've been fairly shallow. Anyone else feel it?
