Thanks! I found this forum site a decade ago when I was trying out e107 CMS and was a regular participant in the e107 forums. Someone from this site posted there, and being a former BB resident I quickly registered here.

Developing web-based forums was a fun adventure in the early 2000's

NSA, MAC comments/suggestions are most welcome.
Doug G, should I haul out my C128?

I dunno, was there a php-capable web server available on one? I never used any Commodore stuff.

Congratulations on getting your forum started Del. I think it's a great idea and probably good therapy for some of us!

On desktop imacs since early 2007, now on a 21.5 inch imac desktop, new in 2014, running Mavericks. The 24" Imac is "retired" likely dead, screen shaky when I retired it, overheated, a design flaw for which Apple deserved a class action suit. Computer before iMacs was an eMachine desktop tower, year 2000, retired to a spare room, probably still works with later model monitor. Either one free, you pick up. I have copious details on both.

I still have a TI-99 under my bed. It actually was a good little platform in its day.

Awesome Socalman! I had one of those when I was a little guy. Was pretty cool for its day but my watch has more power (and RAM) that it did
I wonder what it would be worth these days? Smithsonian?

Also had a TI-99/4A, PEB (outfitted with 2 dsdd floppy drives, UCSD Pascal card, Extended Basic card, 9900 Assembler card, a whopping 300 baud Modem, with a Milton Bradley baseball controller, and Oki wide carriage 9-pin printer. Fun stuff back then.

Just the single GFIC receptacle for the pipe heater cables. You shouldn't run tapped off the 220v due to the unequal leg amperage to the well pump. Unstable, from what I've heard.

If looking for underground electric you will most likely have to dig your own trench as our electrical contractors are getting to old and to expensive to dig. Most don't have employees anymore either. If can't wait and would like to DIY happy to advise ⚡
