Excellent point Dave, ADM, All Death's Matter! That's the worst part of all this....

There’s a few things I learned about our health care system, one is available hospital beds have slowly been dropping since the 1970s, a lot of that reasoning was behind advancement in medicine. But this virus has clearly shown, we are not ready for the extreme likely what if’s, for instance the big one. Luckily in case like a natural disaster, emergency care is only overwhelmed at local level and the rest of the nation kicks in, much like hurricanes. Here we’re faced with a serious but not completely extreme virus that if it infected say 20-40% of the population, our health care system would be overwhelmed. It didn’t hit me as real issue until my friend and his wife got sick, while she was sick for a week, he was down for 4 1/2 weeks. No Pre existing conditions, except now his blood pressure is higher since he’s recovered. While he flat out refused to be hospitalized in fear of being put on a ventilator. It’s something he wouldn’t wish on worst enemy. Now he is going to a local university bi-weekly to be studied.
This isn’t a doomsday virus, but it’s enough to crash the system if unchecked. Problem is, there was no playbook on virus of this type, China wasn’t the most open in beginning, so I understand why doctors and scientists are bouncing all overall. But I do feel we missed a lot opportunities in beginning by the side shows the media was putting out. I’m sure there are definitely better ways we can address this pandemic in ways that don’t shut the economy down without having to get into a social media war.
Luckily the virus hasn’t hit home, but it’s hit close enough I know it’s real. But like I’ve always said, I’ll listen to my doctor long before I’d ever listen to social media/mainstream media expert. My advice to everyone is do the same, and if you don’t like your doctor, find another one. Going to the internet for medical advice, will convince you have cancer. Arguing your point on social media is pretty much like arguing at wall telling it to move. And chances are high, you’re arguing with someone sitting in basement in the underwear.

Who forgot their meds this time?

-----
Well, our relative made it home today to enjoy his own bed, best bday present eva for him. 4 days in the hospital, they worked the pneumonia to a release level. Still C-19 but at least him and his girlfriend (also positive) can Netflix the days away.

Yes the number of deaths matter....this is the reason for shutdown. We don't shutdown the world because of the cold because not that many people die from it in comparison to the overall global population.

Now explain away the hospital census.

Helloooo... that`s the point, the what and where behind the increase, try something different for a change, actually do some research and fact checking before making your cute little come backs... you might LEARN SOMETHING beyond just quoting numbers!

Ultraviolet Light Is Known As The Ultimate Germ-Killer...But Did You Know There Are Three Types Of UV Light?
So What's The Difference Between UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C Light?

uv-bulb-under

According to the World Health Organization, Ultraviolet (UV) light falls into three categories. They're classified according to their wavelength and vary in their biological power as well as in the extent to which they can penetrate skin cells and eliminate microorganisms. The shorter the wavelength, the more powerful the light is. Find out which is best for killing germs!
3 Types Of UV Lights
1. UV-A

Category A is the longest of the three wavelengths, and the lowest energy form of UV radiation. It accounts for approximately 95% of the UV light rays that reach the Earth's surface. It's the reason we tan, as it penetrates into the deep layers of the skin, and while it's not nearly as harmful as the other categories, it can be responsible for premature aging and excessive wrinkling. Be aware that according to the American Cancer Society, research shows that UV-A could also contribute to skin cancer.
2. UV-B

Category B is a medium wavelength, a higher energy form of UV radiation that can permeate the superficial layers of the skin. It causes short-term skin effects like tanning and burning, but can also contribute to advanced aging of the skin and skin cancer. Most solar UV-B rays are filtered by the atmosphere, meaning that only about 5% can actually reach earth.
3. UV-C

Category C is the shortest wavelength of UV radiation, making it most powerful and potentially damaging type of UV light. Fortunately, it is almost completely absorbed by our Earth's ozone layer, preventing it from bringing intense harm.

While UV-C light has the potential to be the most dangerous, it' been harnessed to be the most powerful germ-fighting light there is! Thanks to technology, it disinfects the hospitals we are treated in, the busses we ride, and even the air we breathe!

Did you know that your home's indoor air quality could be worse than the air outside it? Why not utilize nature's most powerful virus, allergen, pollutant-fighting force to purify your home's air? If you're interested in breathing the cleanest air of your life, have one of our Indoor Air Quality experts out to your home to install your new disinfecting, purifying system!

Awesome rundown on the Aircraft lift Mr Robot! In addition to those, there are about another 10 helicopters consisting of Skycranes, Huey's and other random models. Firefighters are making really good progress, will be weeks until they have full containment, but we're moving in the right direction. Still no threat to the Big Bear Valley, unlikely it ever will be.
