Dear Wyatt’s Friends and Family,

We hope you are all doing well. Staying healthy, happy and sane during these unsettling times. At Wyatt’s we are feeling all the same anxieties, loss of camaraderie, and a lack of understanding as to what the future holds for all of us.

However, the one thing we are certain of is that our community is Big Bear strong! We have a comforting ability to stick together in times like these. We’ve been through fires, evacuations, earthquakes, and, while the challenges we now face are new, we will get through them together, as well. In an effort to help support all those who are finding it hard to get food on their tables (including our own team), we will be donating a portion of all “Delivery and Take-Out Orders” to our local food banks!

Enjoy a homemade Wyatt’s meal and support your fellow Big Bearians! NEW starting this week, Wyatt’s is also rolling out “Family Meals”. Made to feed a family of four, these meals will come with a healthy side and will be available for either delivery or pick-up/take-out.

In regards to the restaurant being open for dine-in seating, we are assessing the situation daily. At this time, we are planning to have Wyatt’s dine-in available on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. WE URGE THAT YOU CALL AHEAD as the situation may change. We will take every pre-caution including limited seating with plenty of “Social Distancing” (we have a really big building). Bar seating will not be available, however, the bar will be open. Our crew will continue to be diligent in cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces.

Let us know what your needs are or ideas you might have, so we can better serve you and our community in the upcoming weeks. The entire team at Wyatt’s thanks you for your continued support! We will get through this together! Remember we are One Mountain, One Community and Big Bear Strong.

Sincerely,

Your Faithful Wyatt’s Team.

Shepherd’s Pie (Back by Popular Demand):
Shepherd’s Pie, originally called “Cottage Pie”, has a long history of being a savory comfort classic dating back to the late 1700’s. Chef Rey honors that tradition and adds a few twists that make this classic uniquely Wyatt’s. In this time-honored dish it’s all about layers of flavor. It all starts out by sauteing diced onions and bacon until there is an explosion of aroma that gets your taste buds thinking. Next Chef Rey adds in 100% Black Angus ground beef until it just begins to brown. Then, he takes it up a notch by adding smoked sausage to give this melody a hint of smokey flavor, finished with a touch of herbs and spices. The next layer is comprised of sliced, fresh roasted carrots and sweet peas with the crowning glory being homemade mashed potatoes blended with Pepper Jack cheese. Dinner includes steamed vegetables. $28.99

It probably should be mentioned that they do change specials periodically to offer variety so you might want to use this link [Click Here] to see what's currently on the menu.

Came up for the weekend. Found about 20 moths. Not bad for being away for 3 or so weeks. Dogs had fun with them. Haven't seen too many flies though.

Where can I hire some bears to hang out and address my moth issues?

In Baldwin here we only get the normal few a night. Benny & Graig's location hasn't had them swarm either.

DH, that is interesting and may explain why I don't see that many moths in Boulder Bay and see an increasing presence of bears. I say that kind of tongue-in-cheek but who knows.
You're welcome McT.
