5:00 am 18/330 clear, no ice, mud in the usual spots that will dry to sand (motorcycles beware). Artic circle had patchy dense fog and a rock or two despite 3 caltrans plows clearing them.

I just saw the Fedex truck go by in AO - which means he must have got up here somehow. Unless, he was already up here and something just happened. Google Maps shows the normal closure. I don't really trust Apple Maps a whole lot. I can't say anything for certain, though. I haven't ventured out. It sure is coming down and water is flowing. Seems to have slowed down just a bit the last 10 minutes or so.
