Maybe the delay is sheriff protocol, but when you're talking about someone with dementia that's a lot of lost hours that good Samaritans could have been on the lookout... We'll, let's hope she's alive and found soon.

Anyway, Danielle VanPoppel, age 58, missing since yesterday near the Juniper Springs Campground, between Lake Williams and Onyx Summit. Last seen wearing a black and white flannel shirt and blue jeans.
