Or maybe a food place where you pay (and tip) ahead of time, seat yourself, wipe your own table and wait 45 minutes for the food?

That's a great idea for a store. I can only think of two or three stores in the valley who sell these items. Let's hear from SOCALMOUNTAINS people what would be a great fit for the property? Any ideas?
