I remember working at boulder bay marina bout 1978 and being targeted by a pair of A-10s out on daylight training. Completely unheard until literally directly over us.

It does seem to be quiet down now. I think you’re right about military because they sound so big My Grandson is a Marine and flies in the helicopters and they had a training exercise over Big Bear a couple years ago so that could be it. Thanks everyone and have a good night.

I'm not excited for any delays, but man, they have needed to repair 38/Lugonia right there for so long. It'd be especially dangerous to someone not expecting it on a motorcycle. Happy to see that being fixed up.
