Enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day with my bride of 29 years and more importantly, the mother of our two sons.

Our oldest graduated yesterday UNLV. After breakfast with the graduate this morning in Henderson, we arrived home Fullerton for dinner with our youngest who is graduating HS next week

Cheese n crackers

Iceberg wedge with blue cheese
Grilled line-caught local snapper fish
Oven roasted red potato
Steamed broccoli
Garlic toast

Angel food cake with macerated strawberries

Nice meal NSA...

Ours:

Smoked brisket, smoked chicken, scalloped potatoes, tossed green salad followed by ice cream

Should have trimmed a bit more of the fat before the dry rub but it was moist and juicy
