The answer is NO!
Should you press UNSUBSCRIBE, a message has gone out that your email address is active and monitored. The sender of the unwanted email now can sell your address.
Just put the unwanted email into your Junk/Spam folder.
An additional hint: review your Junk/Spam folder before you delete it. Occasionally, a valid email can find it's way into that folder.
