Does Anyone Remember the Paramount Cabins?

Here is an old photo of the Paramount Cabins...

Were these the cabin's behind what was Chad's Place (and at some time Chad's Cabins)? I am thinking of that large parcel directly behind Chad's that had a lot of cabins...same place?

Waren they look like the cabins at the lodge West of Main St. East of Knickerbocker, South of the school. The type of siding on the first cabin looks right for the lodge, but the log cabin construction not sure. I do not remember any log cabins. Cricket has posted stuff in the past that she might know some knowledge of the lodge.

Those are the cabins at the Paramount Lodge. These cabins were the upgrades from the cabins that were there from Bartletts Camp. Chad's cabins were just west of these. These cabins were behind what is now O Koo Ran. In the 50's and 60's, the Paramount Lodge liked to cater to the movie industry.

Here is what the same view looked like when it was Bartlett's Camp.

These two images are from the 1960's. The office building is approx. where the Chamber Building is today. The rest is now the Bartlett parking lot.

Thanks so much, Y2KLL and SenorSausage! You have filled in the blanks on this for me...as late as 1972 I remember these cabins but was not sure if they were the old Paramount cabins in the pictures...at that time a Ms. Chapman was managing them, but they were mostly in various stages of disrepair. Her son, Mark, and I were High School friends, and although we were supposed to be cleaning and otherwise helping out, we mostly were eating Jumbo Jacks at Jack-in-the-Box and going to the movies. The Chapmans moved to Lone Pine in late '72...I never saw them again.

Thanks again for the great information!
