holeinbow10 hour(s) ago Last time the lake rose like this, probably 20-30 docks shed their poles and went free range, roaming up and down the lake with the wind. You could see them from the slopes. Several were damaged or destroyed. Glad my clients opted for winter dock storage this season...
Airport Razz12 hour(s) ago I think it was 91 or 92 Lake Arrowhead got like 8ft snow then followed that with 110" of rain. At the end of the season, the lake district had realized that the spillway was 3.5" below what was intended and they were 'losing' water. So the engineers decided to put a 2x4 across the top as a temp fix. Resulting rise flooded 2/3 of the stationary docks Leaving most ot them unusable that season, had better fishing on top of the dock than under it. PPPPP?????
BBL n 80512 hour(s) ago AR:
BBL I have seen the lake fill completely from even lower levels in one season.
From your lips to Gods ears..
