Are you talking about 38, Trua? They just mean they are suspending the closures that have been ongoing for the mudslide repair. Since they are suspending work, there is no reason to keep it closed. Work is currently scheduled to resume next week. That's my understanding, at least.

Sportyj if I were you I would go today if thats an option With lower snow levels tonight and tomorrow the high deserts will be affected. The roads are surprisingly OK right now

I need to get to Palm Desert for a surgery on Thursday. Should I leave in the break of the weather today or will tomorrow be okay? Seems like levels drop even more tomorrow.
