So, what do the new Kaliphornia rules do to e-bike rentals in BB? Will our over stretched Sheriffs dept have
to prioritize tourists over real crimes?

We have to chuckle. Last week huge wind storm and snow. No loss of power. This week? Blue skies and a little breeze- bam power's gone! Living on the mountains will keep you on your toes!
