Milanese, mine doubled from $7k to $14k this week. Can’t do it. Have to take the CA fair plan train like everyone else. No choice in the matter. Doubt it can even pay out if something happened but at least it keeps the mortgager happy.

Is that time of the year when insurance renewals are mailed out. This year premium was 5000$. Next year Travelers is asking 10000$. Suggestions anyone?
