Direct from the SCE map on SCE.com, shows Victorville has transformer maintenance scheduled from 7-11pm tonight. However, with my limited knowledge of the power lines running up to Big Bear along the 18 corridor from the Lucerne/Apple Valley area, we should not be affected by this. Perhaps someone can enlighten me? : )

I heard that BVES finally got rid of their horribly inefficient communications person, and will be bringing in a professional. Hopefully this means we'll no longer be expected to check the BVES Facebook page for not-so-real-time information (the responsibility was always dumped on the customer, which was ridiculous).
