I bought a place up here in 2019 and was put on Fair Plan with Big Bear Insurance and it worked. The they were pick up by Kennedy insurance in Victorville and so fare they have been amazing. My FP bill is under $500 and you need a Difference in Conditions for all the other stuff. Call them, they are good at this.
