I've seen the beef Milanese, which was offered from the truck, albeit a rare find at Comm Market.

Applenut, Chicken Milanese & some home style Guacamole is my usual go to.
Cooks fast! being so thin and reminds me of the lunch truck back when I was in aerospace >!<
