38 has been open to BB. But there has been utility work being done down at the bottom near Bryant street as you head into Mentone with 1 way traffic and a flagger. It can get fairly backed up at times. Plan for 5-10 extra minutes, which you should plan for anyway, depending on who you get stuck behind.

It's right outside my house. Helicopters are tight over my house we can see multiple cars and woman police office is talking on loud speaker trying to get him to give up. Now the helicopter has left and the loud speaker stopped. We don't know but I think it was a active shooter

Apparently a guy running around lippys market with a gun. Friends tenants saw him...

The incident only reports Medical Aid and Awaiting Law Enforcement. Caltrans Quickmaps abd Google maps shows red at Maple Ln, maybe a bad auto accident?
