Our dogs can verify that it's getting colder. They aren't messing around for long when we go out to do their "business".

There is a pool of colder air just off to our west, so temperatures should be dropping as the afternoon progresses.

I would estimate around 29°F. If it's 45°F at 7,000 feet (here in Big Bear), subtracting 3.5° for every thousand feet, it's approx. 15°-16° cooler than us at 11,503 feet, Top of San G.

What do you think the temp is on top of San G? Ballpark fig?

Thanks Van! Yeah, the cams up there are just looking wet. There's an inch or two at the top of San G, so it's something! Might get a little dusting tonight.

yeah it "looks" like it could snow. Would be nice to see at least a frosting. Winter is coming............
