Baldwin is back on

Sugarloaf power is back on.

BVES is attempting to utilize its small power plant to restore and maintain electric service to as many customers as possible. If your power has been restored, they ask that you make every effort to minimize electrical usage by turning off unnecessary lights and appliances and reducing overall power consumption. Conserving electricity will allow BVES to provide electric service to as many customers as possible while the Public Safety Power Shutoff remains in effect.

Just FYI, AM/PM ARCO has a generator now. That's good news.

Baldwin, both Staters and Vons have generators

Any one know if dump would be open if power is out. Got a blurb off facebook that BVES is running a small generator and asking all unnecessary power be shut down to spread the juice as far as possible. Could this be the generator we paid for 20 yrs ago but can't use?

Are Staters and Von on generators so they stay open?

This scenario has occurred before: We're alerted to a possible PSPS start anytime after 12 pm, when they really mean 12 AM. Typo or ignorance on BVES' or SCE's part? I guess we'll never know.
