Ok. Cam 2 shows she made it to a neighboring tree. She’s fine. Whew!!! That’s one way to fledge!

I hate to say this but it looks more like she fell😳. I sure hope that’s not the case. She was on the front porch limb flapping and getting air and then landed back on the limb awkwardly and sort of fell off it. Can’t see in the cam if she managed to fly but I pray she did.

Thanks HappyCamper
It seems the Moen is the most reasonably priced valve out there. If you consider 600 bucks reasonable.
It seems a royal PITA. When our cabin is unoccupied, the water is off.
Mountain art, from what I've read, when the valve loses power or wifi, the valve stays in the position it was in when those were lost. There is a physical valve you can turn if required, but I imagine I will have to install mine under the house where it will be fairly inaccessible, unless I want to do some extra plumbing work to bring the valve to an accessible location.

I have the insurance required water shut off valve. It’s called Flo by Moen. It learns your water usage . It’s one more app for the phone and it emails you your weekly usage.

I think I remember a discussion recently regarding insurance companies requiring an water autoshutoff valve. I can’t seem to search for it. Anyone have recent experience with this?
