surprised there hasn't been a lot of chatter on here about the installation of the CMS signs in big bear. my opinion: a complete waste of money, AND also adds light pollution to our beautiful town....

Mountainart. Part of the problem is no one fully understands the regulations anymore. Fire dept says one thing, city says one thing for locals, another for rentals and I dont think the county even exits anymore 🤦‍♂️.
