A couple years back some longer term renters asked me to return their spectrum boxes to the spectrum office. Staff grilled me for phone numbers and to pay extra fees, i had none of their info. I told them look, im bringing your boxes back to you, YOU get in touch with your customer and work it out. I'm outa here, left the boxes on the counter, and walked out.

Through Spectrum website, you can make an in store appt for different services. That's what I did to drop off some equipment.

With an ‘open launch window’ starting of 6pm tomorrow, the SpaceX Vandenberg actual ‘Planned launch’ may be a bit latter than that, so a twilight exhaust plume could be visible. 🚀

As far as I’ve known there is no direct public customer service landline number for that store. (866) 874-2389 still directs you to the call center. Plan yourself a walk-in visit the next time you are in town.

Might anyone have a phone number for the local Big Bear Spectrum store (in the Stater's center)? I'm trying to avoid Spectrum's call center...
