Hi grateful, i havent met you but i grew up back side of sawmill. Drone show was tightly focused right in front of pine knot landing, you had to be in the village, out in the lake, or in the hills to see it. Shoot me a pm, lets see where we connect!

I took the ship out for the drone show, second one for me so i had a good idea where to park to see it best, i think the drones need bigger batteries because that was a lot of logistics and effort to get in place for a ten minute show, and for the record, i like explosions. Drone shows are still a new thing and i look forward to more and better shows in the future.

Regarding the drone show…
It was 45 min late and 10 minutes long; for those with young kids this was quite annoying.

Unlike other drones shows, the drones did not rotate—so if you weren’t on Pine Knot side it was like watching a television from the side. At ski beach people literally got up and left to beat the traffic.

First drone show for me ever and I thought it was absolutely amazing!

@grateful- Drone shows are horribly unidirectional. If you weren't at or near Veteran's park, your odds of seeing it are quite low.

Yawn... This drone show was as anticlimactic as ever.

10 minutes of meh, now everyone gets to sit in traffic for an hour.

Did we miss the drone show? We were on Gilner Point shoreline, looki g over the lake and facing east.

Any update on the drone show and why it has not started?
